This is my preliminary front cover. I have cropped out the background of my main image of the student using the magic wand tool, to remove the cluttered background and the unwanted images. I created a gradient background to create a house style, and used contrasting font to stand out.
I followed the conventions of a magazine, using an issue number, logo and masthead.
